Prevent falls
Exercise preserves bone mass and protects against the risk of fracture, but should also develop its housing (the phone wire, carpets, stool, slippery), to control its view and to correct all anomalies, to limit the drugs modify the vigilance, etc.
Monitor its size
Loss size of a few centimetres must alert, is a risk for osteoporosis and perhaps also a sign of a vertebral fracture.
