Often, the reason for which the schemes do not suit us, it is that they are not suitable to our eating habits. So, either they are too difficult and we do respect them not enough to lose the pounds... Either they do not mention our real bad habits that we keep therefore (as well as our dimples!). So you lose weight, changes must be tailored to what you eat. It's simple, and even silly, and yet few of us are really aware of what they eat. Even the weight loss professionals underestimate the amount of calories that they absorbed, according to a U.S. study.
Food diary, a prerequisite for weight loss
It is noted, every day, everything you eat throughout the day, with a few words about the circumstances (moral, time to eat, etc.). The ideal book will include all the details, even the candy that you have stung your nephew... The most conventional is to keep your journal on a small notebook that you carry with you, but the concept is easy to adapt (document on your PC, Dictaphone...). There are only two rules to respect absolutely: first, do not show this book, except to a person actually trained to follow a diet, as a dietician. Any other opinion could put you pressure... For the same reason, try to keep a positive attitude to your book - it is not question of tracking down each sign of weakness, but simply to observe our habits, good and bad, to then learn to sort.
The journal: Having consciousness
The journal should allow you to become aware of what you eat. For this you need after a day - or a week, the pace is yours - you look at this log and learn some lessons. What is it that prevents you from losing your extra pounds? Is this really the slice of cheese swallowed while returning from the job, that makes you so much guilt... or rather the rest of the dessert of the children devour watching TV without even you realize? Be aware of what we eat really to have a really suitable diet. Because we are submerged, on all sides, by of countless tips, tips, tricks, suggestions, ideas, and so on, to lose weight... But in the end we do not know still how to sort. Does reduce red meat or starchy foods? The two? Is sugar, a necessary softness or a mortal enemy? Snack, is it unacceptable or sometimes useful? The answer to all these questions is: it depends. Snacking does not matter if you fill a real hunger and you eat less at the next meal. Sugar is not necessarily your enemy if you know make it a pleasure and not an essential part of your diet. You do not know which side you are? Then in your journal...
