Not too much salt
No salt at the table, the risk of being tried adding salt flat. But the excess salt increases calcium excretion.

Regular physical activity

Physical activity contributes greatly to preserve bone mass, even after menopause. Not to mention all the other benefits both physical (cardiovascular, respiratory?) moral. A minimum of 30 minutes daily of brisk is recommended. It is also advisable to move whenever possible: stairs, walking short distances, gardening.
